• Approximate location from your IP address (city/region only — used to help us call back and spot spam). We use ipwho.is for this lookup. It does not require your browser location permission.
• Device and browser type from your user-agent

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare bookings, schedule work, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. A lead popup on some pages may remember that you dismissed it in your browser (local storage) so we don’t keep interrupting you.

Sharing

Enquiry forms are delivered to our internal bookings inbox (not for customer replies), with a copy to our operations inbox. If you include an email, we may send an automatic confirmation. We may also share details with other service providers who help us run the business, only as needed to handle your enquiry. We may disclose information if required by law.
